Coffee of the Month - March 2025
Coffee of the Month - March 2025! (Bar Only)
Spring is coming and we are proud to introduce a small batch (bar only) of our new coffee of the month.
This time we chose a Colombian Supremo coffee bean.
“Supremo” describes the bean size with 17/18, meaning no bean is smaller than 6,7mm.
The beans can roast more evenly and develop more balanced flavours.
Light-medium roasted (64 Agtron) to unlock beautiful & smooth flavours with a bright acidity and notes of fruits and spices.
This Single Origin beans are recommended to enjoy in a milk-based Espresso.
Signature brew: Iced Latte

Coffee of the Month - January 2025
About This Coffee
This is a washed, AA grade coffee from The Korgua Estate.
Korgua Estate sits at about 1400 meters above sea level and is planted mostly in older Bourbon and Typica cultivars. It's a wet processed coffee, meaning the coffee cherry and much of the fruit are stripped from the seed using depulping machinery, and then the seed still covered in sticky mucilage is submerged in water tanks where it ferments overnight, breaking down the remaining outer layer of fruit.
Korgua Estate was created on neutral ground to allow coffee growers from rival tribes to bring their coffees to market without causing disruption and conflict.

Growing Coffee in Papua New Guinea
Although PNG has often produced more than 1 million bags of coffee annually, the average has dropped below 1 million over the last 10 years. The vast majority of coffee in PNG (95%) is grown in the highland regions near the center of the country. These coffee exhibit the heavy body characteristic of this part of the world along with the savoury sweet flavours.
