Work, work, work….

While our Roasting Workshop is going to be completed very soon (sometimes during the night),we are still find time for cupping new coffee beans.



Cupping is currently done off-site but we are still screening for an exciting Ethiopian Single Origin coffee bean for pour over coffees.





…and while we are doing this. The Roasting Shop Floor looks awesome!!!
