Busy but efficient days on this years Shanghai Hotelex!
Green Bean supplies are eventual for a specialty roaster and we appreciated the discussions with representatives from Papa New-Guinea. Will definitely try their beans to make some exciting single origin roasts.
We did screen for roasting equipment in the 12-15kg batch size, as our workshop is nearly ready to move in soon

Busy day. The packaging equipment arrived, meanwhile refurbishment on the building is going on!
Nonetheless, we sampled some single origins from Kenya Kiambu. Another interesting coffee from Guatemala Antigua, planted on rich volcanic soil.
